Our delicious line of Super Soft Brioche breads are made in traditional French fashion, rich and golden with a soft crust and our signature Super Soft and silky interior. We use a unique mixing process that creates a slow and gradual addition of softened butter, responsible for the taste and texture.
What is a True Brioche? In keeping with French tradition (and the official definition of a true brioche), we slowly add softened real butter to yeasted egg dough, a process that takes time, patience, and expertise. The age-old process results in a rich mixture that bakes up supremely tender.
